terms of service

I. general terms
✧ please provide visual reference and a detailed description. must include color palette, designs, desired elements, etc.
✧ i have the right to decline your commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of TOS.
✧ bigotry, discrimination, etc. will result in immediate termination of your commission.II. payment
✧ all commissions are paid upfront.
✧ commissions will be taken through ko-fi commissions and prices are all in USD.III. process
✧ i will draw an initial sketch and send to you to get feedback, adjust, etc.
✧ you will recieve updates upon substantial headway being made on your commission, or upon request.
✧ minor changes can be made at any stage. major changes will up the cost depending on how extensive the change and how much extra work must go into it.
✧ canvases start at 5000x5000 as standard but can be whatever size the commissioner prefers.
✧ depending on current workload and other scheduling factors the commission may take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks.
✧i will try to give you my best estimation on the timeframe, and you can also check my trello for the entire queue.IV. usage policy
✧ i hold every right to the piece, not the commissioner, which includes the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use image as self promotion.
✧ commissioners are to use commissioned pieces for personal use only.
✧ resizing, cropping, etc. is allowed, altering the work itself is not.
✧ all commissioned works will be posted to my social media. if you would like it to not be posted, let me know before the commission is finished. this will come with a 50% fee.
✧ you as the commissioner are welcome to upload your commission to your own social media and use it in public spaces if credit is given.
✧ i reserve the right to reuse any assets made in the creation of the commission that were later not used.V. refund policy
✧ refunds will only be issued before work on the commission begins.
✧ refunds will not be issued if there is a breach of the TOS.
✧ HOWEVER, in the case that 30 days have passed without me finishing the commission, you can ask for a refund and i will give you a 50% refund.
